Presented by: Shannon Patterson, CPR, CMSR
Are people in the U.S. migrating during the coronavirus crisis in different ways than pre-pandemic? Are they leaving cities? Moving to the suburbs? Typically, 10% of Americans move each year, equating to tens of millions of relocations annually. However, early data indicates that the Covid-19 pandemic fueled many residents to relocate out of large urban areas to avoid contracting the virus or because the economic fallout cost them their job or their job became remote. They can now live anywhere their heart desires. While population statistics are not yet available for 2020, plummeting rental prices in many of America's largest population centers indicate significant population losses for some states. Shannon Patterson will discuss the shifts in domestic immigration, and she will share where and how to find this data to better prepare your team and practice for the future.
This will be a multi-day event:
